Fall is looking really bleak. At least in the case of pallets. Burgundy, bottle green, gray-blue smokey and petrol have been dominating the runway shows of Paris here, which ends today. Louis Vuitton this morning we literally met with coarse black balloons floated above the Carrousel du Louvre ⎯ quite in contrast to some python acid yellow and orange patent bag in the crowd.

“It’s very confusing,” said the perplexed woman next to me at Chanel. He then said that it was the two-way traffic on the runway, but could easily be the abundance of the silhouette.
This week in Paris, has ranged from leggings pants tight at the Chanel and Ungaro for Palazzo wide at Yves Saint Laurent and Chloe. Mini skirts have been (Giambattista Valli) and grazing the ankle (Chanel), with everything in between (Stella McCartney).
There are many reasons why it is so much more enriching to be here in Paris to see the fall 2011 collections directly, not just see them on the web. Being well buyers and press from around the world put things in context.
While I may have found the black panthers Riccardo Tisci and Betty Page Print, shrouded thighs, and a hat-Eared Cat clear for Givenchy, the fashion editor of Moscow or Shanghai buyers may feel quite different. That happened last night at Lanvin as pouf dress in black and white flowers appear in fall 2011 Alber Elbaz’s show. When I saw the mini-boot later, I thought then was “Wayne Clark ’80.” Then, I saw that article on the Freja Erichsen bra, and since designers tend to put their clothes are most important in the more popular models, I wonder: Should we be seen as taking direction? What we will see more poufy, large flower motifs on the runway Spring 2012? Hmmm ….

Where to start. Last night, I took in a performance by Canadian expat beautiful Calla Haynes, who loves playing with water in the form of an abstract-print software. The model line up in front of a row of potted flowers, and then Haynes timid step in between them to take a bow.
A charming contrast with the following scenario: dinner at Dave, haunts the Paris fashion week where the owner, Dave, you deepen the doors to decide whether you are eligible for food mediocre it was China that will tell you what you eat (there is no menu), and locked up if you ask a question.
